RCVisual delivers cutting edge imagery with professional decorum. It is our aim to exceed your expectations for photography, graphic design and videography. We welcome all questions and suggestions as it is our aim to please.

CLIENT INTERVIEW: To better meet your needs, Rob Clement or another RCVisual representative will meet with you to discuss your needs. We hold that communication is vital to a fulfilling experience and ultimately leads to a better world. During the interview we will together establish the parameters of your job, including your needs both artistically and professionally, date and time of your project, equipment needed, copy right usage, etc. Rashneon Photography reserves the right to refuse service if we feel another photographer would be a better fit for your needs. In other words, if somebody I know in my professional community would be a better match, I will tell you.

ORDER COMPLETION: All standard orders will be completed within five business days after final photo shoot. Editorial assignments will be delivered within deadline constraints. Having worked in the editorial world as a Chief Photographer and Production Manager I understand what "deadline" means and will complete all editorial assignments in a timely fashion.
Real Estate orders have their own unique time restraints. I understand that as a realtor/broker you have tremendous pressure to market your client's properties and to produce images for the MLS and other publications. Upon completion of your job, images will be delivered within 24 hours.
Video order completion is dependent upon overall distribution, duration and complexity of job.

WEDDINGS: Online packages will be posted within 2-3 business days after the event. A link to your special day will be delivered to the email address provided. Please allow 7-10 business days for all print and album orders. "What if I just want a CD with all of the pictures on it?" It is not the policy of RCVisual to deliver full takes. A large portion of our proceeds comes from the sale of prints and albums. Your online preview will have all images available for review. If you absolutely must have the full take a $1200 "buyout" fee will apply.

RATES: Rates are dependent upon job parameters. These considerations include (but are not limited to) overall scope of project, copyright usage, creative fee, props, models, assistants, etc. Our rates are competitive and follow industry standards.

GRAPHIC DESIGN: Every job is given three reviews after the initial interview. The first is to determine if we are on course with meeting you needs. The second is to make corrections/alterations in copy and make final adjustments on overall design. The third is review is the final sign off. Of course minor corrections, within reason, will be made during this final stage.

PAYMENT: For estimates under $1000, payment is required upon delivery. For estimates over $1000, 50% of the estimated total is required to initiate work and the remaining is do upon delivery.

RUSH/KILL CHARGES: Orders placed within 48 hours of required delivery time will be assessed a rush charge equal to 50% of normal assignment rate. Rush jobs will be accepted upon schedule availability. If you (the client) cancels a photoshoot less then 48 hours before the scheduled time you will be accessed a $100 kill fee.

USAGE: A photograph is worth a thousand words, and as such, a photograph holds value over time. A question often asked is, "if I've paid for the photographs to be taken, aren't they mine?" Copyright, by federal law, is held as intellectual property by the photographer. Usage is extended for a predetermined time to our clients. This time is agreed upon prior to the job, usually a year. If the photo(s) are still being used by the client after the alloted time, a usage fee will apply. For example, if RCVisual is hired to photograph images of a hotel, the hotel may use those images at their discretion as allowed within the usage agreement for the alloted time. This may (or may not based upon initial agreement) include web, print and marketing ventures. When the alloted time is used up, the hotel must stop using those images until another agreement is reached. I cannot expect to stay at a hotel longer than my agreement with the management; as a hotel room holds value, so also do the photographs.

COPYRIGHT: All media produced by Rob Clement and RCVisual are copyrighted under federal law. Usage rates do not aply to weddings and other personal projects like portraits.

RESHOOTS: "Even the best laid plans of mice and men." There may be occasion where in the assignment can not be completed do to acts of God or other unforceable cirmcumstance. Due to an event outside of our power, RCVisual will reshoot your job less expenses for no cost. However... It is the sole responsibility of the client to disclose as much information regarding their needs, goals and invisionings for the end product, whether it be commercial, editorial, personal or otherwise. Rashneon Photography does not consider jobs eligible for free- reshoot if full disclosure, to the best of your knowledge, is not delivered prior to job commencment. This includes missed appointments, faulty direction, failure to declare full job range, hazardous environment, creative disputes, lack of electricty (when needed) or otherwise.
